  • Projects below GH₵1,000 require full payment before work begins.
  • Projects from GH₵1,000-GH₵5,000 use a 70% deposit and 30% before final delivery.
  • Projects above GH₵5,000 use 50% deposit, 30% after the main milestone, and 20% before launch.
  • Urgent work attracts a 25%-50% express fee.
  • Work outside the agreed scope requires a new quotation.
  • Editable/source files are released after full payment.
